## About Anne Charlot Networks

Anne Charlot Networks Inc. is a Montreal-based incubator founded in 2022. It built and ran a portfolio of purpose-driven, human-first ventures, each an experiment in how people gather, create, and rise together. In 2026 it closed those three ventures and now continues as the parent company building Keyvra.

The throughline: Anne Charlot went from running physical shared space (a members' club) to building the software that runs shared space (Keyvra).

## The three closed brands (2019 to 2026)

### Claude (2022 to 2026), now closed
A members' clubhouse and coworking space in Montreal. It taught us how shared space works from the inside: rooms, bookings, access, and belonging. This is the origin of Keyvra.

### The Hue (2019 to 2026), now closed
A storytelling-driven public relations studio, and the Love Your Hue Women's Summit. It taught us that clarity is a form of respect, and that whose story gets told matters.

### L'Art d'Être (2021 to 2026), now closed
A purpose-led fashion label whose proceeds funded underrepresented women entrepreneurs. It taught us to build for people first.

## Keyvra (2026, active)

Keyvra is space-operations software: buildings, bookings, access, check-ins, and activity in one connected workflow, consistent across every location. Built for shared offices, host companies, and professional networks. Currently in early access. Website: https://keyvra.io/
